挤出滚压过程中聚合物填充对微结构转印效果至关重要,直接决定制品的质量。建立滚压过程理论模型,得到各工艺参数与复制率之间的函数关系。基于正交实验优化设计法,进行挤出滚压成型工艺实验研究,获得各工艺参数对微结构复制率的影响规律,并给出各工艺参数的最优水平组合及其对复制率影响的趋势图。极差分析结果表明:对于PP材料,滚压压力和辊轮转速对复制率的影响较大,挤出机口模温度的影响相对较小。
Polymer extrusion during roll extrusion is crucial to the microstructure transfer performance and directly determines the quality of the product.
