目的　测定甲硝唑含漱剂的局部毒性及急性毒性。方法　应用改进寇氏法、序贯法测定小白鼠LD50 。并选用家兔、豚鼠观察其局部刺激性及过敏反应。结果　小白鼠腹腔注射、静脉注谢LD50 分别为 12 6 .6mg/kg、145 .9ml/kg ,对家兔耳壳有轻微刺激现象 ,对口腔粘膜、眼结膜无刺激性 ,过敏反应阴性。结论　甲硝唑含漱剂为一安全的口腔局部用药 Objective To determine the local toxicity and acute toxicity of metronidazole gargle. Methods The improved Kou’s method was applied to determine LD50 of mice by sequential method. And the selection of rabbits, guinea pigs to observe the local irritation and allergic reactions. Results The intraperitoneal injection and intravenous injection of LD50 in mice were 12 6 .6 mg / kg and 145 .9 ml / kg, respectively. There was slight irritation to the auricles of rabbits and no irritation to the oral mucosa and conjunctiva. The allergic reaction was negative. Conclusions Metronidazole gargle is a safe oral topical treatment
