战略性新兴产业是以重大技术突破和重大发展需求为基础,对经济社会全局和长远发展具有重大引领带动作用,知识技术密集、物质资源消耗少、成长潜力大、综合效益好的产业。然而,发展战略性新型产业对于人才的质量和数量都有着比较高的要求。本文以海南省为例,在分析人才结构和战略性新型产业发展周期的基础上提出合适的对策。
Strategic emerging industries are based on major technological breakthroughs and major development needs. They are major industries that have a leading role in promoting overall and long-term economic and social development, intensive knowledge-based technologies, low consumption of material resources, great potential for growth and comprehensive benefits. However, the development of strategic new industries has a relatively high demand for the quality and quantity of qualified personnel. Taking Hainan Province as an example, this paper puts forward appropriate countermeasures based on the analysis of the talent structure and the development cycle of strategic new industries.
