我厂生产的QTZ60型内爬塔式起重机,其塔身、塔帽、起重臂等钢结构件均采用无缝钢管焊接。由于我们所用的规格较多,且腹杆与主弦杆交接处的端面形状都为相贯曲面,见图1,这就给加工腹杆带来了一定的困难。在不断摸索和反复实践的基础上,采用车床配合夹具单刀铣削的加工方法,加工出无缝钢管相贯曲面。保证了加工质量,提高了工作效率,并使塔机几何尺寸及整体美观都得到了保证。加工腹杆相贯曲面所用夹具见图1。具体加工步骤如下:
The QTZ60 inner climbing tower crane produced by our factory adopts seamless steel pipe welding for the steel structure parts such as the tower body, tower cap and lifting arm. Because we use more specifications, and the cross-section between the web and the main chord is the intersecting surface, see Figure 1, which brings certain difficulties to the processing of webs. Based on continuous exploration and repeated practice, the seamless steel tube intersecting curved surface was machined using the machining method of the lathe and clamp single-pole milling. The processing quality is guaranteed, the working efficiency is improved, and the geometry and overall appearance of the tower crane are guaranteed. The jig used to process the abdominal rod intersecting surface is shown in Figure 1. The specific processing steps are as follows:
