邢台机械轧辊(集团)有限公司铸钢分厂铸造党支部按照“围绕经济抓党建,抓好党建促经济”的指导思想把小组达标活动,作为发挥党员先锋模范作用,为生产经营提供有效服务保证的重要载体,根据三个党小组不同的工作特点,瞄准“三个主题一条线”深入开展了创建党员先锋工程活动。一是以创设备全优,保设备正常运转为主题,由党小组长组织小组成员挂牌承包主要设备,影响和带动班组职工强化设备管理,使该小组负责的设备完好率一直保持了100％,主要设备利用率达到99％。二是以提高产品质量,开展,“千支轧辊连续无跑火事故”为主题,由合箱党小组组织党员完成,做到大型轧辊和半钢复合轧辊都有党员盯岗把关,起模范带头作用,创出连续生产2221支轧辊无跑火的历史最好记录。三是以科技攻关,主攻半钢轧辊热开箱工艺完善为主题,由造型党小组负责课题研究试验。他们针对以往采取整体吊拔、碰撞开箱办法所带来的影响质量、没备受损、不利于安全生产等弊端,经过几十次摸索实践,创出厂箱壁与砂相隔离新工艺。此操作方法采田以来,有放提高了产品质量。
