利用高温液态X射线衍射仪研究了共晶Co79.5Sn20.5合金熔体的液态结构.研究表明,对Co79.5Sn20.5合金熔体而言,从1350℃至1150℃的温度范围内,组成该熔体的原子团簇结构稳定,熔体有序度随着温度降低有所提高.同时利用“纳米晶粒模型”研究了该合金的液固相关性,指出该合金熔体是由βCo3Sn2原子团簇和βCo原子团簇2种短程有序结构组成,其液态结构和固态结构具有很好的一致性.
The liquid structure of eutectic Co79.5Sn20.5 alloy melt was studied by high temperature liquid X-ray diffractometer.The results show that for the melt of Co79.5Sn20.5 alloy, the temperature range from 1350 ℃ to 1150 ℃, the composition The atomic cluster structure of the melt is stable, and the degree of melt ordering increases with the decrease of temperature. Meanwhile, the liquid-solid correlation of the alloy has been studied by using “Nanocrystalline Grain Model”, and the results indicate that the alloy melt consists of βCo3Sn2 Atomic cluster and βCo atomic cluster two short-range orderly structure, the liquid structure and solid structure has a good consistency.
