择期剖宫产手术是妊娠晚期常用的治疗手段 ,但由于术前病人无宫缩 ,术后部分病人子宫平滑肌细胞不能及时收缩 ,致产后出血量增多。我院从 2 0 0 0年 10月至 2 0 0 1年 10月对择期剖宫产者术前给予苯甲酸雌二醇 4ｍｇ肌注 ,有效地防止了产后出血。现报道如下 :资料与方法1.研究?
