“一带一路”沿线大多是发展中国家和新兴经济体,基础设施建设需求旺盛,而且存在较大资金缺口。越来越多的国家和地区在基础设施建设中不再满足于仅仅向装备制造商购买商品,而是更加倾向于以PPP模式参与到项目的建设与经营中,以解决融资问题,并促使供应商更好地提供相关产品与服务。该文研究了国内外装备制造企业PPP模式“走出去”相关案例,提出适合PPP模式“走出去”的装备制造行业类型,对“走出去”面临的风险进行了分析。
