目的:观察桑杞脑康颗粒对于阿尔茨海默(AD)果蝇模型学习记忆能力的影响。方法:采用Gal4/USA系统建立Aβ42果蝇模型;连续给药后利用巴普洛夫嗅觉学习实验观察桑杞脑康颗粒对AD果蝇行为的影响。结果:桑杞脑康浸膏1.72mg/mL、0.172mg/mL干预剂量可以显著改善Aβ42果蝇的学习能力(P<0.001),与临床上用于治疗AD的美金刚效果相当(P>0.05)。结论:桑杞脑康颗粒具有显著改善Aβ42引起的AD果蝇学习缺陷的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Sangqi Yukang granule on learning and memory abilities of Alzheimer’s (AD) fruit fly model. Methods: Aβ42 Drosophila model was established by using Gal4 / USA system. The effect of Sangqi Yukang granule on the behavior of AD flies was observed by the olfactory learning experiment of Baphorus olfactory after continuous administration. Results: 1.72mg / mL and 0.172mg / mL intervention could significantly improve the learning ability of Aβ42 flies (P <0.001), which was comparable with the clinical effect of memantine used to treat AD (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion: Sangqi Naokang Granule has the effect of significantly improving learning deficits caused by Aβ42 in AD flies.
