目的:采用HPLC法分离测定8种产地白及中2,7-二羟基-4-甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(以下简称Sub A)和2,4-二甲氧基-3,7-二羟基菲(以下简称Sub B)的含量,并加以比较。方法:样品以甲醇提取,提取物加水溶解后用醋酸乙酯萃取,萃取液进行高效液相色谱法分析。色谱柱:Nova-Pak C_(18)柱(200 mm×4.0 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水(22:15:63),流速:1.2 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:270 nm。结果:8种产地白及中Sub A和Sub B的平均含量分别为0.036%、0.011%,其中河南产白及含量最高,分别为0.076%、0.030%;吉林产白及含量最低,分别为0.011%、0.006%。结论:各产地白及的菲类含量相差较大。
OBJECTIVE: To separate 8 kinds of dihydroxy-4-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (hereinafter referred to as Sub A) and 2,4-dimethoxy-3 , 7 - dihydroxy phenanthrene (hereinafter referred to as Sub B) content, and compared. Methods: The samples were extracted with methanol, the extracts were dissolved in water and extracted with ethyl acetate. The extracts were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. Column: Nova-Pak C_ (18) column (200 mm × 4.0 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: methanol-acetonitrile- water (22:15:63), flow rate: 1.2 ml · min -1 Wavelength: 270 nm. Results: The average contents of white and middle sub A and sub B in the eight producing areas were 0.036% and 0.011%, respectively, of which, the content of white and the highest content of Henan were 0.076% and 0.030%, respectively; %, 0.006%. Conclusion: There is a big difference between the contents of the phenanthrenes in white and white areas.
