在数据通信和图像处理应用中,需要强大的数字信号处理能力。然而,当最快的数字信号处理器仍然无法满足速度要求时,传统的方法是采用多处理器并行处理,或是使用定制的ASIC产品。现在开发者有了更新的选择就是使用现场可编程门阵列来快速、经济地完成设计,大大缩短了产品的研发周期和成本。FFT作为一种数字信号处理的算法,被广泛的应用在了各种通信、测试、图像处理等领域。提出一种基于IP核(IPCore)在FPGA上实现FFT/IFFT的方法。
In data communication and image processing applications, the need for powerful digital signal processing capabilities. However, when the fastest digital signal processors are still unable to meet the speed requirements, the traditional approach is to use multiprocessor parallel processing or to use custom ASIC products. Now developers have an updated choice is to use the field programmable gate array to quickly and economically complete the design, greatly reducing the product development cycle and cost. FFT as a digital signal processing algorithm, is widely used in a variety of communications, testing, image processing and other fields. A method based on IP core (IPCore) for implementing FFT / IFFT on FPGA is proposed.
