塔里木盆地来源于寒武系与中、上奥陶统的原油具有不同的生物标志物特征,对轮南地区不同层位40个原油的色-质分析,并以不同来源的典型原油配比实验中的甾烷参数含量为依据,对轮南地区不同原油中来源于寒武系与中、上奥陶统原油的混合比例进行了估算.结果显示:轮南地区奥陶系油藏中的原油,来源于寒武系和中、上奥陶统原油的混合现象比较普遍,石炭系次之,而三叠系则基本是中、上奥陶统来源的原油;平面上,以寒武系为主的混合油主要分布在桑塔木断垒带,而轮南断垒带则分布的是中、上奥陶统来源的原油.原油的这种分布特征,主要是由于轮南断垒带位于奥陶系古潜山的核部,在加里东-海西期的构造运动中,该区域遭受强烈剥蚀,聚集在这里的寒武系原油在盆地抬升过程中被完全破坏;桑塔木断垒带存在混合油的原因是由于桑塔木断垒带的构造位置相对较低,这里聚集的寒武系原油在后期的构造运动并没有被完全破坏,后期来源于中、上奥陶统原油与残余的寒武系原油相互混合造成的.
