目的深入探讨对老年腹腔镜手术患者实施手术室细节护理的临床效果。方法以2014年10月至2016年3月期间我院接收的40例老年腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,随机将40例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例;对照组实施常规护理,观察组行手术室细节护理。结果统计结果显示,两组患者在心理状态评分及患者满意度上比较,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年腹腔镜手术患者的护理中实施手术室细节护理,能够有效改善患者的心理状态并提升其对于护理服务的满意度,方法值得借鉴。 Objective To investigate in depth the clinical effect of operating room-specific nursing in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods Forty elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery received from our hospital from October 2014 to March 2016 were selected as study objects. Forty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received routine Nursing, observation group operation room details care. Results The statistical results showed that the two groups of patients in the state of mind scores and patient satisfaction compared with the observation group were better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of operating room detail nursing care in elderly patients with laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the patient’s psychological status and enhance their satisfaction with nursing services, the method is worth learning from.
