通过试验研究认为,鸡腿蘑最佳母种培养基配方为马铃薯200 g,葡萄糖10g,燕麦粉10g,琼脂20g,水1000ml,最佳出菇培养料配方为棉籽皮90％,燕麦粉8％,蔗糖1％,过磷酸钙0.5％,石膏0.5％,菌丝生长的最适温度为20～25℃,子实体发育最适温度为18～20℃,培养基的最适pH值为6.5～7.5。
According to the experimental study, the optimum culture medium for Coprinus comatus is 200 g of potato, 10 g of glucose, 10 g of oat flour, 20 g of agar and 1000 ml of water. The formula of the best fruiting culture medium is cottonseed husk 90%, oat flour 8% 1% sucrose, 0.5% superphosphate and 0.5% gypsum. The optimal temperature for mycelial growth was 20 ~ 25 ℃. The optimum temperature for fruiting body development was 18 ~ 20 ℃. The optimum pH value of the medium was 6.5 ~ 7.5 .
