阿拉新、二站、白音诺勒气田自1991年向齐齐哈尔平稳供气21年,气井一直按需生产,长时间反复开关井,造成年地层压力下降速度和气井生产压差过大。长期超产会使气田见水速度加快,稳产年限缩短,影响气田最终的采收率。为了制定不同气田合理工作制度,重新对阿拉新、二站、白音诺勒气田的历史生产数据进行了分析、计算。根据分析得出的气藏驱动类型、水侵状况,提出了制定气田合理工作制度的建议:阿拉新气田为疏松砂岩气藏,气井易出砂,最大生产压差不宜超过0.15MPa之内,预计稳定生产年限为16a;二站气田生产过程应适时采取排液、改造地层等措施,以利于发挥其潜能,预计稳定生产年限为10a;白音诺勒气田为强水驱气藏,合理控制控制采气速度即合理采气量,采气速度控制在3.0%以内,合理采气量应控制在(2.3~2.6)×104m3/d,预计稳定生产年限为9a。

In order to formulate a reasonable work system for different gas fields, the historical production data of Arashin, No.2 and Baiyinanle gas fields were re-analyzed and calculated. According to the analysis of the gas reservoir driving type and water intrusion status, a suggestion is put forward to make the gas field reasonable working system. The Allaxin gas field is a loose sandstone gas reservoir, and the gas well is easy to produce sand. The maximum production pressure difference should not exceed 0.15MPa. The stable production period is 16a; the production process of No.2 gas field should take measures such as drainage and reformation of stratum in time to facilitate its potentiality, and the stable production period is expected to be 10a; Baiyinole gas field is a strong water-drive gas reservoir with reasonable control and control The gas production rate is a reasonable amount of gas recovery. The gas recovery rate should be controlled within 3.0%. The reasonable gas production rate should be controlled at (2.3 ~ 2.6) × 104m3 / d. The stable production period is expected to be 9 years.
