本项研究表明:用十六个数量性状对自交系进行聚类分析,类间自交系的杂种F_1产量比类内自交系的杂种F_1产量增加16.59%,达极显著水平;用八个数量性状聚类分析,类间杂种比类内杂种增产5.78%,达显著水平;用四个数量性状聚类,类间杂种与类内杂种的产量水平达不到显著标准。由此看来,十六个性状的聚类结果优于八个性状的聚类结果,八个性状的聚类结果又优于四个性状的聚类结果。
In this study, the cluster analysis of inbred lines with 16 quantitative traits showed that the F 1 yield of hybrids increased 16.59% compared with that of inbred lines, According to the quantitative trait cluster analysis, inter-species hybrids increased the yield by 5.78%, reaching significant level. With four quantitative trait clustering, the inter-class hybrids and intraspecific hybrids did not achieve significant standard. In this sense, the clustering results of the 16 traits are superior to the clustering results of the 8 traits, and the clustering results of the 8 traits are superior to the clustering results of the 4 traits.
