在口服糖耐量试验中,糖耐量受损(IGT)组各时点内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(EDD)低于健康对照组；IGT+维生素C组60、120 min EDD高于IGT组；IGT患者血糖与EDD负相关(均P＜0.05)。
In oral glucose tolerance test, endothelium-dependent vasodilation function (EDD) in IGT group was lower than that in healthy control group, EDT in IGT + vitamin C group was higher than that in IGT group at 60,120 min, IGT group, Negatively correlated with EDD (all P <0.05).
