目的:探讨护理风险管理急在急诊安全管理中的实施效果。方法:随机将2015年6~9月松阳县中医医院急诊科收治的180例患者两组,其中观察组和对照组各90例患者。对照组实施常规护理工作,观察组在常规管理的基础上实施护理风险管理,对两组急诊护理缺陷率、护理差错率及患者满意度进行比较。结果:实施风险管理后的护理安全管理质量明显提高,表现为护理差错率和护理缺陷率均有显著降低,且患者对护理工作满意度也有了较大提高。前后护理各项指标差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:对于急诊科的护理工作实施风险管理,使得护理工作出现的缺陷率和差错明显减少,提高患者护理满意度。 Objective: To discuss the implementation effect of nursing risk management in emergency safety management. Methods: 180 patients in the emergency department of Songyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June to September in 2015 were randomized into two groups, 90 in each of observation group and control group. The control group carried out routine nursing work. The observation group conducted nursing risk management based on the routine management, and compared the two groups’ emergency nursing defect rate, nursing error rate and patient satisfaction. Results: After the implementation of risk management, the quality of nursing safety management significantly improved, showing the nursing error rate and nursing defect rate were significantly reduced, and patient satisfaction with nursing work has also been greatly improved. Before and after nursing indicators significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of risk management for emergency department nursing work resulted in a significant reduction in the defect rate and errors in nursing work, and improved patient care satisfaction.
