本文报告23例正常孕妇及30例妊娠高血压综合征患者甲皱微循环的定量观察结果。妊高征患者存在着一系列的微循环障碍,主要表现为:组织水肿、毛细血管痉挛、淤血和管袢血流速度明显减慢。与正常孕妇相比在统计学上差异有显著意义。微循环障碍的表现比临床症状出现要早,消失较晚。微循环观察对妊高征的早期发现、诊断、治疗和预后均有重要意义。
This article reports the quantitative observation of nailfold microcirculation in 23 normal pregnant women and 30 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. PIH patients have a series of microcirculation disorders, mainly as follows: tissue edema, capillary spasm, congestion and tube blood flow was significantly slowed down. Statistically significant difference compared with normal pregnant women. Microcirculation performance than clinical symptoms appear earlier, disappear later. Microcirculation observation of early detection of pregnancy-induced hypertension, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis are of great significance.
