用不同含量的Ce(NO3)3饲料喂养大鼠,提取大鼠血清、肌肉、心脏、肝、肾、胃、胰等7种组织器官酶液,采用聚丙烯酰安凝胶电泳技术,研究了稀土对大鼠体内淀粉酶同工酶的影响.结果表明:在低剂量稀土Ce3+的作用下,各器官淀酶同工酶的酶带位置和数目未发生变异,但随稀土浓度不同,各器官淀粉酶的活性发生变化.通过分光光度法测定各器官淀粉酶的相对活性,发现在稀土浓度为100~200μg/g时对大鼠体内淀粉酶活性影响显著.
The rats were fed with Ce (NO3) 3 diet with different contents, and the enzyme solution of seven kinds of tissues and organs including serum, muscle, heart, liver, kidney, stomach and pancreas was extracted and studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis Effect of Rare Earth on Amylase in Rats. The results showed that under the action of low dose of Ce3 +, there was no variation in the position and number of enzyme isozymes in different organs. However, the activity of amylase changed with the concentration of rare earth. The relative activity of amylase in various organs was determined by spectrophotometry. It was found that the amylase activity in rats was significantly affected by the concentration of rare earth (100-200 μg / g).
