“高速公路事故的死亡率是一般公路的两倍,去年我国高速公路事故导致5925人死亡。”全国人大代表、南通大学医学院副院长刘璠建议,我国高速公路急需建立龄急救援体系。刘璠代表说,到2007年底,全国高速公路达到5.36万公里,总里程居世界第二。高速公路迅速发展也带来了事故增多的负面效应。我国,从第一条高速公路开通运营到现在虽然才十几年的历史,收费体系已较完善,服务区也每隔50公里左右就建有一个,但紧急救援体系尚不完善。全国倪有杭金衢高速公路诸暨服务区设置了高速公路医疗急救站,配备两辆救护车,目前还有59.6%的高速公路部门没有建立救援联动机
“The death toll of highway accidents is twice as high as that of normal roads. Last year, 5,925 people were killed in highway accidents in China.” Liu Yong, deputy dean of the National People’s Congress and Nantong University School of Medicine suggested that urgent construction of emergency vehicles is needed in our country’s expressways system. Representative Liu Yong said that by the end of 2007, the national expressway had reached 53,600 km, ranking the second in the world in total mileage. The rapid development of the expressway also brought about the negative effect of increased accidents. In our country, although the toll collection system has been completed over a period of more than 10 years from the opening of the first express highway to the present, the service area has also been built around 50 kilometers. However, the emergency rescue system is still not perfect. There are express medical aid stations set up in Niqu Hangjinqu Expressway Zhuji Service Area in the country with two ambulances, and 59.6% of expressway departments currently have no rescue linkage
