本文对煤粉输送系统中常见的四种管道形式,即水平直管,垂直管,水平弯管和垂直向上弯管的压力损失情况进行了较系统的实验研究。明确了中等浓度下(固气比为7~35 kg_粉/kg_气)气体和煤粉对管道压力损失的作用和定量关系,得到了水平管和垂直管的附加压力损失系数,以及两种弯管的当量水平长度。本实验结果对煤粉输送管路的设计和压力损失估算具有重要的指导意义。
In this paper, four kinds of common pipeline forms in coal conveying system, namely, horizontal straight pipe, vertical pipe, horizontal pipe and vertical upward pipe, have been systematically studied. The effect and quantitative relationship between gas pressure and coal pressure at medium concentration (solid-gas ratio of 7 ~ 35 kgf / kg-gas) on the pipeline pressure loss were clarified, and the additional pressure loss coefficients of horizontal and vertical pipes were obtained.
