通过氧指数和烟密度试验,对比普通型碳纤维黏浸胶JGN-C和阻燃型碳纤维黏浸胶JGN-F的燃烧性能。JGN-F碳纤维复合材料由于添加了无机阻燃剂和氮、磷系阻燃剂,已达到难燃材料级别,可用于公共场所加固。以单体燃烧试验方法验证了粘贴陶瓷纤维板和涂刷防火涂料对底层JGN-F碳纤维复合材料隔热的方法在有防火要求的加固工程中的可行性。
The oxygen index and smoke density test were used to compare the burning performance of common carbon fiber adhesive JGN-C and flame retardant carbon fiber adhesive JGN-F. JGN-F carbon fiber composite materials have reached the level of flame retardant materials due to the addition of inorganic flame retardants and nitrogen and phosphorus flame retardants, which can be used for reinforcement in public places. The feasibility of fire-proof reinforcement was verified by the method of single-piece combustion test. The method of insulating the bottom layer of JGN-F carbon fiber composite with ceramic fiber board and brushing fire-retardant coating was verified.
