1982年11月冶金部组织全国各有关单位对首钢炼钢厂30t转炉进行了物料平衡和热平衡的测定，所得的数据与该厂生产统计资料吻合（见表达1）
In November 1982, the Metallurgical Department organized all relevant units in the country to measure the material balance and thermal balance of the 30t converter in Shougang Steelmaking Plant. The data obtained are consistent with the statistical data of the production of the plant (see expression 1)
