我厂生产的油泵齿輪,其参数为;模数m:3mm,齿数z=10,压力角α=20°,修正系数ξ=+0.5879,齿全高H=6.48mm,精度等級7-D_c,JB179—60,齿面长度分別为10mm和16mm,材料20CrMnTi。由于这种齿輪的修正方法与通常的齿輪修正方法略有不同,它的两輸刀具的移距均取正值,修正后节圓处的齿侧間隙为0.08mm,刀具切入深度H=2.3mm-(ξ-0.5)mm(通常齿輪切深H=2.25mm)。如果沒有特殊刀具,不宜采用剃齿法加工,同时,因齿数
