为了培育高产、优质、抗逆性强的冬小麦新品种,自1970年以来,我们采用辐射育种的办法,先后对冬小麦进行了一次照射干种子;连续照射干种子;照射萌动种子,照射干种子之后再用化学药剂进行综合处理;花期、灌浆期照射小麦穗子;不同生育期照射小麦植株;分别用快中子或~(60)Co—γ射线处理干种子和萌动种子;辐射小麦花粉后进行杂交;先辐照子房再授以正常花粉等。现据多年来的试验结果,对辐射损伤,影响辐射效应的因素,报告如下。
