加拿大各开放大学在传播本国文明、打造覆盖世界各地的远程教育校园文化过程中,践行着其特定的文化使命。其主要表现是:在远程教育课程文化建设上,呈现出“本土化”、“技能化”、“民族化”的发展趋势,在校园文化的建设上显示出“全球化”、“殖民化”、“产业化”的发展趋势。其办学实践表明:只有立足发展课程文化,不断拓展校园文化空间,才能为开放大学成功担负远程教育文化传播使命,提供强有力的人文支撑。
Open universities in Canada practice their own specific cultural mission of spreading their own civilization and building a distance education campus culture that covers all parts of the world. Its main manifestations are: in the distance education curriculum culture, showing the development trend of “localization ”, “skills ”, “nationalization ”, in the construction of campus culture shows “”, “Colonization ”, “industrialization ” development trend. The practice of running a school shows that only by developing the curriculum culture and expanding the campus culture space can the Open University successfully provide the mission of long-distance education and cultural communication and provide powerful humanistic support.
