随着对肿瘤研究的深入,发现肿瘤中存在干细胞,且可能是导致肿瘤复发和转移的根源。肿瘤干细胞具有高致瘤性、自我更新能力、分化潜能和放化疗抵抗性的生物学特性。同其他实体瘤一样,子宫内膜癌中同样存在着肿瘤干细胞。对子宫内膜癌干细胞可以应用细胞表面特异性标记(如CD133)进行分离鉴定,此外,子宫内膜癌干细胞高表达Musashi-1和Nanog基因;还可以应用细胞生物学特性进行分离鉴定,侧群细胞方法分离肿瘤干细胞突出了其功能筛选的因素即抗药性,结果更为可靠。在对子宫内膜癌干细胞的特性研究中文献显示,子宫内膜癌干细胞具有明显的耐化疗性和耐放疗性,而其耐内分泌治疗的特性还需要进一步的研究。
With the deepening of tumor research, it is found that there are stem cells in the tumor and may be the root cause of tumor recurrence and metastasis. Cancer stem cells have the biological characteristics of high tumorigenicity, self-renewal ability, differentiation potential and radiotherapy and chemotherapy resistance. Like other solid tumors, there are also cancer stem cells in endometrial cancer. Endometrial cancer stem cells can be identified by cell surface specific markers (such as CD133). In addition, endometrial cancer stem cells express Musashi-1 and Nanog genes in high abundance. They can also be identified and characterized using cell biology. The isolation of cancer stem cells by the cellular method highlights the resistance of its functional screening, which is more reliable. In the study of the characteristics of endometrial cancer stem cells in the literature, endometrial cancer stem cells have obvious resistance to chemotherapy and resistance to radiotherapy, and its resistance to endocrine therapy characteristics still need further study.
