变矩器涡轮反转时比正转时能够获得更大的扭矩,这一特性被用在石油钻机上作为下钻刹车的设想,早就被人们提出来了。但是,由于原有钻机上所采用的变矩器的结构和性能的限制,一直未能付诸应用。在西德,采用一种泵轮叶片可调的三级涡轮变矩器和柴油机的功率调节装置,利用变矩器涡轮反转制动特性,成功地实现下钻刹车。这种刹车装置在修井机上应用得很广泛。本文探讨一下应用充油调节离心涡轮变矩器实现下钻刹车的可能性。
Turbocharger turbine reverse rotation than when it is able to obtain greater torque, this feature is used in oil rigs as a drill under the assumption that the drill has long been proposed. However, due to the structure and performance limitations of the torque converter used on the original rig, it has not been applied. In West Germany, a three-stage turbocharger with adjustable pump impeller and a diesel engine’s power regulation device are used. The torque converter turbine reverse braking feature is used to successfully realize the under-braked brake. This brake device is widely used in workover rigs. This article explores the application of oil-filled centrifugal turbine torque converter to achieve the possibility of drilling down.
