目的:了解不同产地的道地药材吴茱萸中Pb,Cd,Cu,Hg,Se,As 6种微量元素含量状况。方法:采用湿法进行消化,用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)测定Pb、Cd、Cu的含量;用原子荧光光度法(AFs)测定Hg、As、Se的含量。结果:除了贵州思南产的石虎药材中的Pb超过标准,福建寿宁吴茱萸药材中的Hg超过标准外,其余各产地的吴茱萸6种微量元素均未超过标准。结论:测定方法与结果可以为吴茱萸的质量评价提供一定参考。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the content of trace elements (Pb, Cd, Cu, Hg, Se, As) in Evodia rutaecarpa from different origins. Methods: Digestion was performed by wet method. The contents of Pb, Cd and Cu were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS). The contents of Hg, As and Se were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFs). Results: Except for Pb in Shihupus medicinal materials in Sinan, Guizhou, Hg in Fujian Evodia rutaecarpa exceeded the standard, the remaining trace elements of Evodia rutaecarpa in other producing areas did not exceed the standard. Conclusion: The determination methods and results can provide a reference for the quality evaluation of Evodia rutaecarpa.
