利用吉林省196家企业的调研数据,运用多层线性回归方法,检验企业网络的不同维度对突破性创新的影响,验证了资源整合在企业网络与突破性创新间的中介作用。结果表明,企业网络的不同维度对突破性创新的影响不同,网络规模、网络中心度与突破性创新正相关,而网络强度则负向影响突破性创新。在供给侧结构性改革及创新驱动发展战略引导下,应通过合理构建企业网络、加强资源管理、提高资源整合能力等手段提升企业突破性创新水平。
Using the research data of 196 enterprises in Jilin Province, we use the multi-level linear regression method to test the impact of different dimensions of enterprise network on breakthrough innovation and verify the intermediary role of resource integration in enterprise network and breakthrough innovation. The results show that different dimensions of enterprise network have different impact on breakthrough innovation. Network size and network center degree are positively correlated with breakthrough innovation while network intensity negatively influences breakthrough innovation. Guided by the supply-side structural reforms and innovation-driven development strategies, enterprises should enhance their breakthrough innovation through such measures as building a rational enterprise network, strengthening resource management and improving resource integration capabilities.
