目的了解2008年深圳市福田区腹泻病人中分离的甲型副伤寒沙门菌的耐药性及分子分型特征。方法从辖区内医院腹泻病人中分离得到11株甲型副伤寒沙门菌,选择10种抗生素,用K-B纸片扩散法进行药物敏感试验;细菌基因组DNA经限制性内切酶Xba I酶切,用脉冲场凝胶电泳进行分子分型,使用Quantity-One TM软件成像并使用BioNumerics 6.1软件对其相似性进行分析比较。结果11株甲型副伤寒沙门菌对氨苄西林、诺氟沙星、替卡西林等8种抗生素敏感率均为100%,对其余抗生素则出现中介或耐药菌株。对复方新诺明和氨苄西林敏感率为81.8%,四环素敏感率达90.9%。11株受试菌株的PFGE图谱经软件分析,可分为5个PFGE型,其相似性系数在93%以上。结论本次研究的甲型副伤寒沙门菌对大多数抗生素敏感;菌株间有较高的同源性。
Objective To understand the drug resistance and molecular typing characteristics of Salmonella paratyphi A isolated from diarrhea patients in Futian District, Shenzhen City in 2008. Methods Eleven strains of Salmonella paratyphi A were isolated from patients with diarrhea in hospitals in the area. Ten kinds of antibiotics were selected and drug susceptibility tests were carried out by KB disk diffusion method. Bacterial genomic DNA was digested with restriction endonuclease Xba I Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis was molecularly typed, imaged using Quantity-One ™ software and analyzed for similarity using BioNumerics 6.1 software. Results The sensitivity of Salmonella paratyphi A to antibiotics such as ampicillin, norfloxacin and ticarcillin was 100%, and the other antibiotics appeared intermediary or resistant strains. The sensitivity rate to compound cotrimoxazole and ampicillin was 81.8%, tetracycline sensitivity rate was 90.9%. The PFGE patterns of 11 tested strains were analyzed by software and divided into 5 PFGE types with the similarity coefficient above 93%. Conclusion The Salmonella paratyphi A of this study is sensitive to most antibiotics. There is a high homology among strains.
