金沙遗址“西城天下”地点位于成都市城区西部,南临西延线蜀汉路段,东靠蜀明巷,北与加贝花园小区相望,西与金域港湾商住楼相接(图一)。2006年4～7月,为配合成都市万诚房地产开发公司“西城天下”商住楼的建设,成都文物考古研究所对该地点进行了考古勘探和抢救性发掘。勘探结果表明,在该地点的中部有先秦时期的堆积,在堆积范围内北半部堆积保存较好,南半部较差。该地点探方的布方以金沙遗址祭祀区为基点按正北方向布方,统一分区编号,遗迹单位也统一编号,此次发掘点位于遗址分区的19(代码:XIX)和21(代码:XXI)区,共布5米×5米探方100个,发 Jinsha site “Xicheng world ” Location is located in the west of Chengdu City, south of the West Extension Line Shu Han section, east of Shu Ming Lane, North and Gaby Garden District, West and Golden Harbor commercial and residential phase (Figure one).
