撰写教学日志,作为一种有效教学反思手段,在全世界范围内已不再是一种全新的手段。本文旨在通过对研究对象的教学日志进行分析,揭示英语实习学生在教学日志中反应出的信息形式以及撰写教学日志在自我反思以及提高的过程中所带来的意义。分析表明,实习学生的教学日志主要反应了他们对所教学生、所授课程以及将来教学的一些看法。这些信息给指导教师提供了许多其他途径不可能获得的宝贵数据,本文呼吁撰写教学日志这种反思手段不仅在教学实践中,而且在英语教学的领域中能得到更多师生的运用。
Writing teaching diaries, as an effective teaching reflection means, is no longer a completely new means all over the world. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the teaching diary of the research object to reveal the form of information that the English internship students react to in the teaching diary and the significance of composing the teaching diary in self-reflection and improvement. The analysis shows that the internship’s teaching diary mainly reflects their opinions on the students they teach, the courses they teach and their future teaching. This information provides the instructor with many valuable data that other ways can not be obtained. This article calls for the teaching method of teaching diary not only in teaching practice, but also in the field of English teaching to get more teachers and students to use.
