目的探讨健康教育对高血压患者生活方式及血压控制的效果。方法将2013年2月—2015年3月大连医科大学附属第一医院收治的160例高血压患者随机分成两组,每组各80例。两组患者均给予个体化药物降压治疗及常规护理,研究组同时给予高血压相关知识健康教育。比较两组患者的生活方式以及干预前后血压控制情况。结果研究组患者在低盐饮食、禁烟限酒、适度运动、体重控制及情绪状态5项生活方式方面改善情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压病患者实施健康教育,能帮助高血压患者建立良好的生活方式,提高血压控制效果,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of health education on lifestyle and blood pressure control in hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 160 hypertensive patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from February 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group. Both groups were given antihypertensive treatment of individualized drugs and routine nursing. The research group also gave hypertension-related knowledge of health education. The lifestyle and the control of blood pressure before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement of five lifestyle groups in study group was better than that in control group (P <0.05). The low salt diet, alcohol restriction, moderate exercise, weight control and emotional state were all better than the control group. Conclusion The implementation of health education for patients with hypertension can help patients with hypertension establish a good lifestyle and improve blood pressure control, which is worth promoting.
