Not long ago, the leadership of the County Teaching and Research Office gave us a lesson in the frontline teaching of high school physics teachers. In class, we studied the research project just initiated by the Provincial Department of Education - “Inquiry into the Postposition of Teaching Materials”. Feel the lips and teeth in a class down, aftertaste. Combined with my work practice, here I talk about my own experience. High school physics is hard to learn, which is a common view among many high school students. Especially freshmen who have just enrolled in school, they suddenly entered the high school stage of selection and improvement from the junior middle school focusing on basic education, making it more difficult for them to adapt to their psychology. so I
