为了有效防控云南布朗山区木薯重要地下害虫的发生与危害,本试验针对性地开展种茎无害化药剂处理的防效评价研究。结果表明:选用环保型杀虫剂48%乐斯本乳油1 000倍液和1.8%阿维菌素乳油2 000倍液的1∶1混合液浸泡木薯种茎5和10 min后种植效果最好,平均出苗率分别由无任何处理对照的62.5%及清水对照的75.0%和75.6%显著提高到96.5%和97.0%,平均虫害率分别由无任何处理对照的56.8%及清水对照的45.0%和44.8%显著下降到6.3%和5.5%,平均产量分别由无任何处理对照的1 112.5 kg/667 m2及清水对照的1376.5和1 393.3 kg/667 m2显著提高到2 113.3和2 135.2 kg/667 m2。此结果说明,种茎无害化药剂处理不仅可显著降低虫害率,而且可显著提高出苗率和产量。
In order to effectively prevent and control the occurrence and harm of important underground pests in the brown mountainous area of Yunnan in Yunnan Province, this experiment targeted the prevention and control of the harmless chemicals. The results showed that the best planting effect was obtained by soaking the 1: 1 mixed solution of 48% Lupine EC 1000% and 1.8% Abamectin EC 2000 with environmentally friendly insecticides for 5 and 10 min , The average germination rate was significantly increased to 96.5% and 97.0% from 62.5% and 75.0% and 75.6% of the control without any treatment, respectively, and the average pest attack rates were 56.8% and 45.0% of the control without any treatment and 44.8% to 6.3% and 5.5%, respectively. This result shows that the treatment of insecticide seedling not only can significantly reduce the pest rate, but also significantly improve the emergence rate and yield.
