在扫描电镜下观察培养不同时间的人鼻咽癌细胞株(CNE)表面特殊结构变化过程

鼻咽癌是我国南方常见的恶性肿瘤,易早期发生侵袭与转移。为了解决鼻咽癌的防治问题,我们利用我国建成的鼻咽癌细胞株(CNE)进行了侵袭机制的研究,并已取得初步结果。为了进一步研究鼻咽癌细胞株(CNE)的侵袭特征,观察瘤细胞表面特殊结构发育过程的变化,我们采用了在常规培养瓶中附贴小块盖玻片,使CNE细胞株在玻片上生长。培养6、24、48、72和96小时后,各取出附在玻片的瘤 Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in southern China, easy to early invasion and metastasis. In order to solve the prevention and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, we used the nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line (CNE) built in our country to study the mechanism of invasion and achieved preliminary results. In order to further study the invasion characteristics of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line (CNE) and to observe the changes of the special structure during the development of tumor cells, we used small coverslips attached to conventional culture flasks to grow CNE cell lines on glass slides .
