建立了一种采用反相高效液相色谱法定量分析乙醇酸甲酯及其水解产物乙醇酸的方法。高效液相色谱仪为Agilent 1100,检测器为紫外(UV)检测器,ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)型色谱分离柱,柱温为25℃,流动相为乙腈-磷酸水溶液[V(乙腈)∶V(磷酸水溶液)为20∶80],流速为0.4 mL/min,检测波长为214 nm,线性回归曲线的相关系数R﹥0.999 6。该方法的回收率为99.30%~105.96%,精密度RSD为0.3%~1.0%。结果表明,该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于乙醇酸甲酯水解体系的分析测定。
A method for the quantitative analysis of glycolate and its hydrolyzate glycolic acid using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was established. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was Agilent 1100 with UV detector and ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-phosphoric acid [V (acetonitrile): V (phosphoric acid) 20:80] at a flow rate of 0.4 mL / min at a detection wavelength of 214 nm. The correlation coefficient of the linear regression curve was> 0.999 6. The recovery rate of the method was 99.30% ~ 105.96%, and the precision RSD was 0.3% ~ 1.0%. The results showed that the method was simple, rapid and accurate and suitable for the determination of methyl glycolate hydrolysis system.
