以脂肪酶N435催化合成了PHS基脂肪族聚酯,研究了反应条件、溶剂及第三单体的引入对聚酯相对分子质量(Mn)的影响。结果表明:反应24 h后产物的Mn较高,Mw/Mn较小;反应温度为80℃时产物的Mn最高;N435以5%用量为最佳;适当增加二苯醚的用量有利于反应进行;丙三醇的加入可生成具有支化结构的聚酯,少量丙三醇、ε-CL和短链二醇的添加可提高聚酯的Mn,CHDM的空间结构不会影响酶催化聚合反应活性。
The PHS-based aliphatic polyester was synthesized catalyzed by lipase N435. The effects of reaction conditions, introduction of solvent and the third monomer on the molecular weight of polyester (Mn) were studied. The results showed that the Mn of the product was higher and the Mw / Mn was smaller after reaction for 24 h. The Mn of the product was the highest when the reaction temperature was 80 ℃, and the best was 5% for N435. Appropriately increasing the dosage of diphenyl ether was favorable for the reaction ; The addition of glycerol can produce polyester with branched structure, a small amount of glycerol, the addition of ε-CL and short-chain diol can improve the Mn of polyester, and the spatial structure of CHDM does not affect the activity of enzyme-catalyzed polymerization .
