橡胶中龄无性系RRIM600对不同刺激强度(乙烯利浓度0~15%)的系列试验结果表明,施用低浓度乙烯利0.05%(每株次约1.5克糊剂)即有增产效应,可见该品系的刺激阀值可能低于0.05%,浓度自1%至5%,产量效应随浓度增大而显著或极显著地增大,浓度超过5%,产量效应随浓度增大而增加的趋势不明显,浓度超过10%,产量效应开始呈下降趋势。据此,初步认为,浓度自0.05%起,已属于有效刺激浓度;0.05~0.5%属于低效安全刺激范围,在此范围内,胶树的生理效应与对照差别不明显;1~5%属于高效刺激范围,在此范围,胶树的生理效应虽发生剧烈的变化,负作用开始明显增大,但基本上仍表现为正效应;5~10%仍属于高效刺激范围,但在此范围,负作用表现突出,胶树的生理效应已趋于负效应,浓度超过10%属于有害刺激浓度,在此浓度以上刺激,负作用表现极显著,胶树的生理效应表现为负效应,处于不可逆的生理胁迫状态。
