The authors used various histochemical methods and plasma spectroscopy techniques to study the effects of calcium concentrations in different environments on the calcium metabolism in freshwater pearl mussels. Compared with the control group (calcium concentration about 10 g / m3), the higher calcium concentrations (2 Under the conditions of high calcium concentration (30 g / m3 and above), the calcium content in the mantle tissue of the Hyriopsis cumingii increased and the secretions of epidermis and pearl sac epithelial cells in the outer mantle increased. Muscovasculature decreased the calcium content in the outer muscovasculature and decreased the secretion activity of the outer and inner epidermis of the mantle and the pearl sac epithelial cells. This indicated that the appropriate calcium concentration in the environment could promote the absorption and storage of calcium and the exuberant secretory activity of the mussel, And low calcium concentration will inhibit muscovigram calcium metabolism activity of mussels, thus affecting the normal growth of pearl and shellfish. The author explores the metabolic mechanism of mantle mussel and pearl capsule calcium in pearl mussel, expecting to further clarify the impact Pearl and shellfish forming factors for the pearl aquaculture industry to improve aquaculture water environment to provide reference and theoretical basis
