前言:电火花加工法是一九四三年苏联斯大林奖金获得者拉礼连柯夫妇发现的。这种新工艺方法的发现对于金属加工是一个重要的贡献。十多年的实践表明电火花加工不仅可以代替某些机械切削加工、而且可以实现机械加工所不能进行的许多新工艺过程,从而扩大了并继续扩大着金属加工的可能性。电火花加工比金属切削加工有很多突出的优点。它可以加工任何导电的村料特别适用于加工淬火钢,硬质合金和其他韧性大的金属并能完成许多特殊的加工。如:制造曲型孔钻极小的孔(小于1公厘)及在硬质合金上制造螺纹等。
Preface: EDM was discovered by Ralian Lokko, winner of the Stalin Prize for the Soviet Union in 1943. The discovery of this new process is an important contribution to metal processing. More than a decade of practice has shown that EDM can not only replace some of the machining operations, but also enable many new processes that can not be machined to expand and continue to expand the possibilities of metalworking. EDM has many outstanding advantages over metal cutting. It can process any conductive material of the village is particularly suitable for processing hardened steel, cemented carbide and other toughness of the metal and can do a lot of special processing.
