在小型磁偏转质谱计研制过程中,对带电离子在磁分析器中的运动轨迹的模拟计算是必不可少的。在采用有限元法分析并计算了磁分析器空间磁场的分布情况基础上,考虑边缘磁场效应,对带电离子在磁分析器中的运动轨迹进行了模拟计算,其模拟结果为小型磁偏转质谱计的离子源和接收器位置确定提供了重要的理论依据。
In the development of the miniature magnetic deflection mass spectrometer, it is essential to simulate the trajectories of charged ions in the magnetic analyzer. Based on the analysis of the magnetic field distribution in the magnetic analyzer and the calculation of the magnetic field distribution in the magnetic analyzer by the finite element method, the trajectory of charged ions in the magnetic analyzer is simulated by considering the effect of the edge magnetic field. The simulation result is the small magnetic deflection mass spectrometer Ion source and receiver position determination provides an important theoretical basis.
