目的探讨广州市某中日合资汽车制造业管理员工作满意度及其影响因素。方法对288名某中日合资汽车制造业管理员,采用职业紧张指标测量工具(OSI)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和社会支持问卷(SRRS)进行测试。结果管理员工作满意度得分为(50.90±9.14)分,其中51.4%的管理员对目前的工作比较满意,48.6%的管理员对工作感到不太满意;回归分析表明,经历与成就、社会支持总分和积极应对是工作满意度的预测变量。结论某中日合资企业管理员工作满意水平较低,经历与成就、社会支持和应对方式对工作满意度存在着影响。
Objective To explore the job satisfaction and its influencing factors of a Sino-Japanese joint venture automobile manufacturing manager in Guangzhou. Methods A total of 288 managers of a Sino-Japanese joint-venture automobile manufacturing company were tested using OSI, SCSQ and SRRS. Results The score of job satisfaction of administrators was (50.90 ± 9.14) points, 51.4% of them were satisfied with the present job and 48.6% of managers were not satisfied with the job. The regression analysis showed that the experience and achievements, social support Total score and positive coping are predictors of job satisfaction. Conclusions The job satisfaction of a Sino-Japanese joint venture manager is low, experience and achievement, social support and coping styles have an impact on job satisfaction.
