现在谈“中国式管理”这个概念可能为时尚早,但国内企业在管理方面出现了不少有成效、有意思的尝试,这已是共识。笼统地讲中国的儒释道文化对企业管理有多少影响,这无益于我们的分析。一个合格的实践分析者应该挑选有代表性的组织,以审慎、科学、宽容的态度对其进行全面解剖,从而发现真正有价值的思想与行为,规避可能的误解和盲从。在很少有定论的管理学领域,研究者的节奏不宜过快。
Now it may be too early to say the concept of “Chinese-style management.” However, there are many effective and interesting attempts by domestic enterprises in management. This is a consensus. Generally speaking, how much Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism in China have had an impact on business management is not good for our analysis. A qualified practitioner should select the representative organizations to conduct a comprehensive dissection in a prudent, scientific and tolerant manner so as to discover truly valuable thoughts and behaviors and avoid possible misunderstandings and blind obedience. In the less conclusive field of management science, the pace of researchers should not be too fast.
