报道了采用888nm的激光二极管(LD)泵浦Nd∶LuVO4晶体得到1 066nm的激光输出,其对应能级跃迁为4 F3/2→4I11/2。在注入的泵浦功率为18.2 W时,获得了11.3 W的近红外1 066nm激光输出;然后采用非线性晶体LiB3O5(LBO)进行腔内倍频,获得了533nm的绿激光输出,输出功率为4.3 W,其光-光转换效率为23.6%,光束质量因子为M2=1.3,4h功率稳定度优于3.7%。
The laser output of 1066 nm was obtained by pumping Nd: LuVO4 laser with 888 nm laser diode, and the corresponding energy level transition was 4 F3 / 2 → 4I11 / 2. At a pump power of 18.2 W, a near-IR laser with a wavelength of 1066 nm was obtained at a power of 18.2 W. A nonlinear laser LiB3O5 (LBO) was used for intracavity frequency doubling to obtain a green laser output of 533 nm with an output power of 4.3 W, the light-to-light conversion efficiency of 23.6%, the beam quality factor of M2 = 1.3, 4h power stability of better than 3.7%.
