介绍了一种适用于工作现场及技术阵地快速检测热成像装置MRTD 的便携式红外装置,它由红外光学系统、靶标、面源黑体、温控装置及显示装置组成。靶标和面源黑体组成的温差源通过红外光学系统成像到无限远,模拟无限远目标,供给热成像装置接收。光学系统采用摄远物镜结构实现便携要求,靶标及面源黑体的温度采用温控仪控制,由Z80 单片机进行对温控仪的数据采集处理和显示,并通过一定方法的温控过程保证靶标与面源黑体之间温差的准确度。装置体积小、质量轻、操作简便、性能可靠,各项技术指标均达到或超过设计要求。
A portable infrared device for rapid detection of thermal imaging device (MR) MRTD is introduced. It is composed of infrared optical system, target, blackbody of surface source, temperature control device and display device. The temperature difference source composed of the target and the surface-sourced blackbody is imaged to infinity by the infrared optical system to simulate the infinity target and is supplied to the thermal imaging device for receiving. The optical system uses the telephoto objective lens structure to realize the portable requirement. The temperature of the target and the surface source black body is controlled by a temperature controller, and the data acquisition, processing and display are performed by the Z80 single-chip microcomputer, and the temperature control process of the certain method ensures the target Accuracy of the temperature difference between blackfaces. Small size, light weight, easy to operate, reliable performance, the technical indicators have reached or exceeded the design requirements.
