为了解乌麻颗粒的抗炎镇痛作用 ,分别取 5 0只 ICR小鼠或 SD大鼠 ,随机分为 2个对照组和乌麻颗粒小、中、大剂量组 ,共 5组 ,每组 10只 ,采用了小鼠二甲苯耳廓肿胀法、大鼠角叉菜胶足跖肿胀法、小鼠热板法及小鼠醋酸扭体法进行了动物实验。结果显示 ,乌麻颗粒经口给药后对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀均有抑制作用 ,其中大剂量组 (72 g·kg- 1 )有非常显著的抑制作用 ;对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀有明显的减退肿胀效果 ,其中 10 g· kg- 1 、2 0 g· kg- 1 剂量组消肿作用可维持 3h,40 g· kg- 1 剂量消肿作用可维持 6 h。说明乌麻颗粒能够明显提高小鼠热板法痛阈 ,抑制小鼠醋酸扭体反应率 ,两种镇痛试验表明乌麻颗粒有一定的镇痛作用 ,且有一定的量效关系 ,其镇痛作用在用药 6 0 m in后仍有效。实验提示该药具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用。

It was demonstrated that Wuma granules can significantly increase the thermal plate method pain threshold in mice and inhibit the acetic acid writhing response rate in mice. Two kinds of analgesic tests showed that Wuma granules have certain analgesic effects and have a certain dose-effect relationship. The pain was still effective after 60 mm of medication. Experiments suggest that the drug has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
