肿瘤的恶性增生表现为细胞凋亡障碍及细胞分裂的失控,细胞有丝分裂的速度,程序发生紊乱,DNA含量和肿瘤临床病理因素的关系一直为肿瘤研究中所关注,但食管鳞癌及癌旁细胞DNA含量及S期细胞比值(S-phase fraction,SPF)与其生物学特性的关系还未见报道。我们对手术切除的48例食管鳞癌及癌旁的新鲜组织,应用流式细胞术分析其DNA倍型和S期细胞比值,同时应用免疫组织化学法测定增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)以探讨DNA倍型,SPF与食管鳞癌临床病理及PCNA的关系。 1 材料和方法 1.1 材料食管鳞癌及癌旁新鲜组织48例均取自中国医大附属一,二院手术切除经病理证实的病理标本,其中男41例,

The relationship between DNA content and S-phase fraction (SPF) and its biological characteristics has not been reported. We analyzed the DNA ploidy and S phase cell ratios of 48 esophageal squamous cell carcinomas and adjacent fresh tissues by flow cytometry. The proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was measured by immunohistochemistry. ) To explore the relationship between DNA ploidy, SPF and clinicopathology and PCNA of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Materials Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and fresh tissue adjacent to cancer were obtained from pathological specimens confirmed by pathology in the First and Second Affiliated Hospitals of China National Medical University, including 41 males.
